Job Summary

To support company strategy through financial analysis, the remote Senior FP&A Manager will develop financial models, oversee budgeting and forecasting for headcount expenses, and manage compensation planning and healthcare benefits.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain dynamic, driver-based financial models for business decisions and strategic planning
  • Own the budgeting and forecasting process for headcount expenses, the largest expense category for the company
  • Oversee compensation planning cycles and the design of healthcare benefits and ancillary perks
Required qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or startup FP&A functions
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong financial modeling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience in improving processes and building scalable reporting infrastructure
