Senior FP&A Manager
Job Summary
Acting as the primary finance business partner for the go-to-market organization, the remote Senior FP&A Manager will manage revenue forecasting, expense management, and variance analysis while providing strategic insights to support company growth.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to the sales leadership team, offering expert guidance on financial strategy and resource allocation
- Own the GTM operating model by building and maintaining forecasts and driving weekly cadence with sales leadership
- Lead annual planning cycles and manage expense analysis for the sales organization, identifying risks and opportunities
Required qualifications
- 6-10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in FP&A or sales finance at a SaaS company
- Strong financial modeling and SQL skills
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and core accounting concepts
- Experience with pricing transitions and revenue waterfall mechanics
- BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred
