Senior FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Leading financial strategy and planning, the full-time Senior FP&A Manager will own the budgeting process, oversee corporate variance reporting, and provide executive-level insights in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual budgeting process, rolling multi-year financial forecasts, and long-range strategic planning across all business units
• Serve as the lead financial advisor to executive leadership, delivering strategic risk assessments and scenario modeling for major initiatives
• Modernize financial tech stack infrastructure and build a high-performing FP&A team to align cross-departmental KPIs with financial targets

Required qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, or management accounting within a technology or software company
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Proven success leading enterprise FP&A at scale, preferably in public or high-growth private equity-backed environments
• Deep mastery of enterprise platforms such as Netsuite, Google Sheets, and Adaptive Insights
• Proficient in SaaS business models and key metrics, with a strong business judgment and curiosity
