Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr FP&A Partner - Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Real Estate proformas and financial models for new stores and capital investments
• Lead ROI analysis for new store performance and investment decisions
• Manage expense reporting and financial planning for the call center

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Real Estate Finance or FP&A, preferably in retail
• Expertise in data analysis and real estate underwriting
• Understanding of financial modeling techniques such as IRR and NPV
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; Hyperion Essbase experience preferred
