Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Fraud and Chargebacks Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Influence and optimize fraud detection and chargeback management strategies
Conduct detailed analysis of fraud and chargeback data to identify patterns and emerging threats
Lead investigations into high-value or complex fraud cases and manage internal escalations

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years in a data and/or analyst role within ecommerce, payments, or fraud industries
Demonstrated track record of handling complex fraud cases and chargeback disputes
Hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools
Experience with automation tools and technologies to enhance fraud detection and chargeback management
Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in fraud management
