Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Fraud and Chargebacks Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influence and optimize fraud detection and chargeback management strategies
  • Conduct detailed analysis of fraud and chargeback data to identify patterns and emerging threats
  • Lead investigations into high-value or complex fraud cases and manage internal escalations

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years in a data and/or analyst role within ecommerce, payments, or fraud industries
  • Demonstrated track record of handling complex fraud cases and chargeback disputes
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools
  • Experience with automation tools and technologies to enhance fraud detection and chargeback management
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in fraud management
