Senior Fraud Investigations Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Team Lead of Fraud Investigations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily work assignments for a team of Fraud Investigations Specialists
• Remain current with emerging fraud typologies and escalate new trends as necessary
• Identify gaps in current systems and recommend enhancements to mitigate fraud risks

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Fraud Management at a Financial Institution, FinTech, or Payments firm
• 2+ years of experience managing processes and/or people
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/statistics field, criminology, business, finance, or equivalent experience
• Deep knowledge of payment channels and associated risks
• CFE and/or CAMS certification preferred
