Senior Fraud Investigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Fraud Investigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform alert triage, conduct investigations, and make informed transaction decisions impacting member experience and financial exposure
• Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraud across multiple channels and analyze data to identify issues and support timely resolution
• Communicate with members regarding fraud, support regulatory compliance, and partner with internal teams and law enforcement for effective resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in fraud operations, investigations, or related financial services roles
• Strong working knowledge of fraud typologies including ATO, identity theft, and card fraud
• Experience with SQL and Power BI preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with fraud detection platforms preferred
