Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve complex fraud cases from internal teams and carrier partners, ensuring thorough documentation
• Handle escalations and make data-backed decisions with significant business impact
• Conduct advanced data analysis to identify fraud patterns and assess customer risk profiles

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Fraud Prevention, Risk Management, or Trust & Safety at a technology company
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Looker, Datadog, or SQL
• Hands-on experience with KYC and KYB documentation in fraud assessments
• Experience with account takeover detection and response processes
• Familiarity with fraud detection tools and case management platforms
