Job Summary

Responsible for developing and executing strategies to combat fraud losses, the full-time Senior Fraud Product Manager will work remotely to align bank resources across the enterprise, enhance client authentication capabilities, and improve fraud mitigation programs for Commercial and Business Banking clients.

Key responsibilities:
  • Establish an enterprise view of the fraud control investment portfolio and advocate for necessary investments
  • Develop educational programs to inform clients and teams about fraud trends and risk mitigation techniques
  • Coordinate responses to fraud events, ensuring effective communication and action steps among involved teams
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in fraud, product management, or related fields, or 14 years of combined education and experience
  • Detailed understanding of bank payment systems, products, and digital channels
  • Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance standards related to payments fraud
  • Experience with technology tools focused on authentication and fraud prevention
  • Ability to navigate and create cohesion among cross-functional teams to deliver improvements
