Senior Fraud QC Investigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Fraud QC Investigator to support quality control for account fraud alert investigations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct manual quality assessments of account fraud alert investigations to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
• Develop and operationalize the QC program, including quality standards and feedback mechanisms
• Create quality dashboards and reports to analyze investigation accuracy and provide actionable insights for improvements

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in finance or fintech with a focus on fraud investigations and quality control
• Prior experience in building QC programs or performing QC for fraud investigations
• Experience working with BPO or vendor-managed fraud operations
• Strong understanding of banking products and fraud risk
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to various stakeholders
