Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Fraud & Dispute Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process complex VISA chargeback items and disputes, including fraud and scams
  • Provide guidance on fraud trends and recommend preventative measures to management
  • Research and analyze account activity to detect fraudulent actions and recommend mitigation efforts


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a financial institution with Visa dispute and fraud claims
  • Knowledge of Reg E/Reg Z regulations and compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act
  • Demonstrated ability to perform complex investigations and prepare concise reports
  • Familiarity with systems such as Verafin, VISA DPS, and Falcon
  • Possession of relevant certifications is a plus, such as CFE or ACFE
