Senior Freight Claims Analyst

Job Summary

Managing global transportation finances, the full-time Senior Freight Claims Analyst will ensure accuracy in financial transactions, resolve carrier disputes, and optimize logistics operations while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and upload global transportation spend data, audit invoices, and ensure correct GL coding
• Manage the end-to-end receipt, validation, and upload of weekly global transportation spend files across AMER, EMEA, and APAC
• Oversee the freight claims process, perform invoice audits, and validate carrier information

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Transportation Finance, Freight Audit & Payment, or Logistics Operations
• Proficiency in SQL and auditing high-volume financial datasets
• Experience managing freight claims and invoice reconciliation
• Knowledge of General Ledger (GL) coding and transportation financial processes
• Strong background in accounts payable and supply chain finance
