Senior Front-End Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to lead front-end software engineering efforts for a team of full-stack engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the web app front-end's appearance, functionality, and performance
• Research and enforce coding patterns and standards, extending the React-based design system
• Review code from teammates and lead projects to modernize existing code

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of commercial software engineering experience, preferably with business productivity apps or high-traffic consumer websites
• Experience in setting and evangelizing UX patterns within a team of 5+ engineers
• Strong background in JavaScript and familiarity with cross-browser issues
• Well-organized with strong negotiation skills to drive projects to completion
• Perfect English comprehension (reading and listening) and functional written English skills
