Senior Front-End Developer

Job Summary

Focused on crafting high-quality eCommerce experiences, the full-time Senior Front-End Developer will work remotely to develop and implement features for a Shopify Headless storefront using React, while collaborating with UX/UI designers and optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and implement new features across the Shopify Headless storefront, focusing on key pages using React, HTML, Tailwind, SCSS, and TypeScript
• Integrate the storefront with external services and APIs, including the Shopify Storefront API and third-party integrations
• Act as an engineering partner to UX/UI designers, translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, performance-optimized React components

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development, specifically with Shopify Headless storefronts
• Deep proficiency in React, HTML, Tailwind, SCSS, and TypeScript
• Experience with the Shopify Storefront API and Shopify Admin API for data retrieval
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Functions and modern React state management libraries
• Strong knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques and web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
