Senior Front End Engineer

Job Summary

Senior Front End Engineer, a full-time role focused on building and maintaining a cloud-native real-time communication platform, is responsible for designing performant UIs, mentoring team members, and ensuring production reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build performant, accessible single-page applications for real-time contact center workflows
• Contribute to and maintain a shared component library and design system
• Own production readiness, including structured logging, metrics, and incident response

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 5+ years in frontend development using React and TypeScript
• Deep understanding of component architecture and performance optimization
• Experience with real-time UI development and performance profiling
• Accessibility expertise with practical experience implementing WCAG 2.2 AA standards
• Strong testing discipline, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
