Senior Front-End Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to lead front-end software engineering efforts for a remote team in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the web app front-end's appearance, functionality, and performance
• Research and enforce coding standards while extending the React-based design system
• Review code and mentor team members to improve code quality and consistency

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of commercial software engineering experience, preferably with large-scale applications
• Experience in setting and promoting UX patterns within a team
• Proficiency in handling complex JavaScript issues and cross-browser compatibility
• Strong organizational skills and ability to negotiate project outcomes
• Excellent English comprehension and functional written English skills
