Senior Front End Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Front End Engineer to join their Product Team in building an OT Security Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve scalable UI frameworks and product subsystems
• Drive technical strategy and set standards for performance, testing, and maintainability
• Lead cross-team initiatives to improve workflows, tooling, and platform reliability

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with modern front-end stacks (React, TypeScript, Redux, etc.)
• Proven experience architecting scalable systems and leading technical direction for frontend applications
• Experience with build tools (Vite, Turbo, Rollup, Webpack) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitbucket)
• Deep understanding of performance optimization and scalable UI architecture
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and influencing engineers across teams
