Senior Front End Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Front End Software Engineer, the full-time remote position will design, build, and maintain modern web applications with a focus on front end development, user experience, and accessibility while collaborating with a full stack team to support state-level client delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain modern web applications with a primary focus on front end development and accessibility
• Contribute to full stack development using ASP.NET Core MVC, ensuring strong ownership of the presentation layer
• Provide engineering leadership and mentorship, participating in code reviews and architecture discussions

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with React, a11y, Typescript, and Next.js
• Solid command of modern CSS and responsive web development patterns
• Working knowledge of web accessibility standards, including ARIA and WCAG
• Experience implementing security and authentication patterns in web applications
