Senior Frontend Developer
Job Summary
Supporting a high-visibility modernization program, the fully remote Senior Frontend Developer will transform legacy Excel-based workflows into modern web applications, develop responsive user interfaces, and integrate frontend applications with backend services while working East Coast hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop responsive web applications and intuitive user interfaces for the SEC Search platform
- Build reusable React components and collaborate with backend developers to optimize APIs
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to application architecture and process improvements
Required qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with React, including component architecture and state management
- Advanced Python development experience with command-line proficiency
- Strong SQL experience, including complex queries and database interaction
- Experience with RESTful APIs and building responsive, data-intensive web applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
