Senior Frontend Developer
Job Summary
To support a high-visibility modernization program, the fully remote Senior Frontend Developer will develop responsive web applications, replace legacy workflows with intuitive user interfaces, and integrate frontend applications with backend services while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop responsive, modern web applications supporting the SEC Search platform
- Build intuitive user interfaces that replace legacy Excel-based workflows and develop reusable React components
- Collaborate with backend developers to design and optimize APIs, ensuring application performance and cross-browser compatibility
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with React, including component architecture and state management
- Advanced Python development experience with strong command-line proficiency
- Strong SQL experience, including complex queries and database interaction
- Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and FastAPI services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
