Senior Frontend Developer
Job Summary
To support the AI product engineering team, the primarily remote Senior Frontend Developer will design and develop scalable frontend applications for AI-driven capabilities in Contact Center and Unified Communications products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, maintainable frontend solutions aligned with company standards
- Build and evolve AI-powered frontend experiences across Contact Center and UC products
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user experiences while ensuring usability and accessibility standards are met
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development with strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with modern frameworks such as Angular or React and integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and GraphQL services
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, reusable component design, and performance optimization
- Experience building complex product experiences beyond simple content-driven websites
