Senior Frontend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer (Contractor) who will be responsible for the overall technical implementation of custom Shopify themes and front end development.

Key Responsibilities

• Write high-quality code using Liquid, Javascript, React, Tailwind, GraphQL, and other front end frameworks
• Own medium to high complexity frontend feature development and drive both completion and quality
• Plan and delegate tasks to other engineering team members as required

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience working in eCommerce
• Strong understanding of Liquid, Javascript, React, Tailwind CSS, GraphQL, REST, and Git
• Expert knowledge and experience with the Shopify Ecommerce platform
• Experience working with JIRA/Confluence or other ticket management systems
• Thorough understanding of the lifecycle and methodologies of software development
