Senior Frontend Engineer

Job Summary

Building innovative canvas-based creative tools, the full-time Senior Frontend Engineer will enhance a video editor used by major organizations, tackling complex frontend challenges and collaborating with a remote team across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Extend the canvas-based video editor with new features using PixiJS and WebGL
• Develop collaborative features such as co-editing, commenting, and approval workflows
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to improve the editor architecture and user experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building complex frontend applications
• Proficient in Angular and TypeScript, with experience in architecting components
• Experience with interactive graphics technologies such as Canvas, PixiJS, or WebGL
• Background in developing video editor tools or creative software
• Familiarity with RxJS and reactive programming patterns
