Senior Frontend Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in Latin America, the contractor Senior Frontend Engineer will build new features for the Rewards platform, manage frontend work from design to deployment, and enhance test automation and observability.

Key responsibilities

• Build new features across the Rewards platform, including trends, insights, and engagement improvements
• Own frontend work end-to-end, collaborating with design and testing before deployment
• Improve test automation coverage and implement observability and A/B testing strategies

Required qualifications

• Strong experience with React and building modular, reusable components
• Product mindset with the ability to identify gaps and propose solutions
• Familiarity with Playwright or a comparable E2E test automation framework
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools
• Experience with A/B testing tools and frontend observability solutions
