Senior Frontend Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely or onsite in San Francisco, New York, or Portland, the full-time Senior Frontend Engineer will build and maintain design system components and patterns, lead UI projects, and enhance the design system's readiness for AI applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain components, patterns, and foundations that ensure high accessibility and performance standards
• Lead projects to develop new UI patterns that address product team challenges and improve user experiences
• Advance the design system's prototyping experience, integrating AI technologies for enhanced outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of frontend development experience with expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies
• Experience in building or maintaining a design system or shared component library
• Proficient with modern frontend tooling, including build systems, CI/CD, and testing
• Strong ability to create clarity in ambiguous situations and take ownership of projects
• Hands-on experience at the intersection of AI and software development, with a focus on practical application
