Senior Frontend Engineer

Job Summary

Driving frontend architecture for a powerful user experience, the contract Senior Frontend Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical requirements, write clean code for web applications, and contribute to all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Help advance frontend architecture and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence
• Collaborate with team members to define technical requirements and troubleshoot production applications
• Write unit, functional, and acceptance tests to ensure code quality and application functionality

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Senior Engineering role and 5+ years in software development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with React + Redux framework
• Familiarity with SCSS and RESTful APIs
• Experience in building frontend testing and automation systems
• Champion of agile methodologies with a proactive approach to improving engineering practices
