Senior Frontend Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing engineering team, the contract Senior Frontend Engineer will drive frontend architecture, contribute to the Software Development Lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop functional web applications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Help drive frontend architecture to enhance Roofr's systems
• Contribute to all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle, from planning to delivery
• Write clean code and develop functional web applications and reusable libraries

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in a Senior Engineering role
• 5+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in JavaScript and React + Redux
• Experience with SCSS and interacting with RESTful APIs
• Proven track record of building frontend testing and automation systems
• Champion of agile methodologies and proactive in recommending improvements
