Senior Frontend Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to work remotely, who will lead the development of core software solutions that enhance the agent experience and improve service quality for Airbnb's global support operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to execute product and business strategies
• Drive the full development cycle, including technical design, development, test automation, and launch
• Build efficient and reusable frontend web components and design server-side APIs to support frontend requirements

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of industry experience
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Proven experience architecting frontend systems and ownership of end-to-end features
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern libraries such as React
• Experience with backend server languages (Java/Kotlin) and building UI for AI-driven features
