Job Summary
To enhance the interaction between the AI assistant and the traditional UI platform, the hybrid Senior Frontend Engineer will design and build the framework for the assistant experience, ensuring a seamless user interface and mentoring junior engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the assistant experience and prototype production for advisor interactions
- Build the underlying framework to enable Farther surfaces to declare agent capabilities
- Design the renderer that transforms model outputs into validated, submittable interfaces
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience building production web applications with a focus on frontend development
- Expertise in frontend engineering with strict typing practices
- Production experience with conversational interfaces and LLMs
- Strong understanding of distributed systems fundamentals
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Python
