Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer, Design Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement a top-tier design system and component library for the web
Develop and maintain design system components using React, Storybook, and Tailwind
Mentor engineers on proper component usage and improve accessibility

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in building consumer-facing web applications, with 2 years focused on design systems
Proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript, CSS, and React or similar framework
Strong understanding of UX/UI concepts and design sensibility
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage dependencies
Experience with Figma and documenting design systems is a plus
