Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

Assuming responsibility for a portfolio of critical financial applications, the contract-to-hire Senior Full Stack Developer will lead a development team in a SOX-controlled environment, utilizing the Microsoft Azure stack to architect, build, and modernize cloud-native applications while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of priority financial applications from requirements through deployment and production support
• Lead the development team by setting engineering standards, conducting code reviews, and maintaining accountability
• Design and build Blazor front-end applications and REST API services, ensuring compliance with SOX and other regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with the full Microsoft stack, including C#, .NET 8/10, ASP.NET Core, and Azure
• Production-level experience with Blazor and demonstrated integration experience with SAP in a financial services environment
• Proven track record in SOX-controlled environments, including ITGC controls and SDLC compliance
• Strong expertise in Azure cloud engineering and expert-level T-SQL for high-volume transactional systems
• Experience leading a small development team and familiarity with financial domain concepts such as general ledger and financial reporting standards
