Senior Full-Stack Developer
Job Summary
To support innovative healthcare technology solutions, the full-time remote Senior Full-Stack Developer will build UI components, data pipelines, and AWS-based integration layers for the Amazon Connect contact center platform, enhancing healthcare administration products used by millions.
Key responsibilities
- Build advanced UI features using React, including custom CCP extensions and embedded agent tools
- Design and optimize SQL data models to support reporting, analytics, and operational workflows
- Develop integrations using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and Kinesis
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with React, including hooks and component architecture
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and CTR data
- Strong SQL and relational database fundamentals
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and AWS security best practices
