Senior Full-Stack Developer

Job Summary

To support an innovative healthcare technology mission, the remote Senior Full-Stack Developer will build UI components, data pipelines, and AWS-based integration layers for the Amazon Connect contact center platform while mentoring developers and ensuring engineering standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Build advanced UI features using React, including custom CCP extensions and embedded agent tools
• Design and optimize SQL data models supporting reporting, analytics, and operational workflows
• Develop integrations using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and Kinesis

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with React, including hooks and component architecture
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and CTR data
• Strong SQL and relational database fundamentals
• Familiarity with AWS security best practices and event-driven architectures
