Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior AI-Augmented Full Stack Developer, the successful candidate will own end-to-end feature development, leverage AI tools to enhance the development process, and modernize legacy systems while ensuring high-quality software delivery in a corporate office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own feature development from UI design through backend implementation, QA, and deployment
• Develop and implement best practices for AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery
• Maintain and modernize legacy production systems while ensuring stability and performance

Required qualifications

• Experience with modern AI coding tools, particularly agentic solutions like Claude Code
• Proven track record in modernizing and extending legacy production applications
• Strong background in leading engineering workstreams and mentoring developers
• Familiarity with frontend and backend technologies such as PHP, MySQL, and AWS
• UI/UX design sensibility or formal design experience
