Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

As a technical leader on the imaging team, the full-time Senior Full Stack Developer will architect, build, and scale web platforms for cancer screening, mentor engineers, and ensure seamless integration of a .NET backend with a modern Vue frontend in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver full stack solutions, from crafting customer-facing UIs to optimizing database queries
• Lead design and delivery of end-to-end features with a focus on high-performance ASP.NET Core services
• Mentor and coach other engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and design sessions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Full-stack experience with ownership of both modern frontend and backend in production
• Experience designing microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems
• Deploying and operating workloads in Azure (or AWS/GCP) using IaC and containerization
• Deep experience with SQL Server
