Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior Full Stack Developer will build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions, while collaborating on back-end services and Angular-based front-end components in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS for healthcare data processing
• Integrate with internal platform APIs and EDI processing pipelines to deliver reliable data
• Write clean, testable code and perform unit and integration testing across services

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on back-end technologies, particularly Java and/or NodeJS
• Proven experience in building RESTful APIs that serve structured healthcare data
• Hands-on experience with Angular for front-end development and API integration
• Familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS, including API Gateway and Lambda
• U.S. Citizenship required and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
