Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time Senior Full Stack Developer will build and maintain a cloud-based Web Dashboard application, design RESTful APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS, ensuring reliable data delivery
• Collaborate with teams to integrate front-end components and perform unit and integration testing

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on back-end technologies (Java and/or NodeJS)
• Proven experience building RESTful APIs and handling structured healthcare data
• Hands-on experience with Angular for front-end development and API integration
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and version control using Git/GitHub
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
