Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

To support the development of intelligent systems for telecom operators, the full-time Senior Full Stack Developer will work remotely in the UK, focusing on building scalable web applications using React and Python, while implementing AI-driven automation features and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications using React, Redux, and modern backend frameworks
• Implement "Observe-Think-Act" loops for proactive network outage detection and communication
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct high-signal code reviews to elevate engineering standards

Required Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of professional software engineering experience, including mentoring or leadership roles
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Django) and experience designing scalable RESTful APIs
• Proficient in React and Redux with hands-on experience building complex, data-heavy web applications
• Experience using AWS for building and scaling web applications, including containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Hands-on experience deploying AI agents into production or exposure to tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex is a plus
