Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer for a 100% remote position who will design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Python, while collaborating with teams to establish coding best practices and ensuring compliance with security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services and responsive frontend applications, implementing REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architectures
- Architect solutions for performance and scalability, and develop applications on AWS and Azure, utilizing CI/CD pipelines for agile environments
- Conduct testing and implement security controls, ensuring compliance with applicable standards while documenting system specifications and technical architecture
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of professional software development experience in enterprise IT environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), Python, and JavaScript/React, with strong object-oriented programming fundamentals
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP web services and microservices
- Hands-on experience with SQL (DB2, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
