Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance product offerings, the full-time hybrid Senior Full Stack Engineer will build full-stack features across Ruby on Rails and Next.js, own product initiatives from inception to launch, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points.

Key responsibilities

• Build and implement full-stack features while ensuring high-quality user experiences
• Drive product initiatives by identifying opportunities and shaping solutions through collaboration
• Utilize monitoring tools to assess production behavior and inform product decisions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and cloud technologies such as AWS
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Codex
• Strong understanding of system architecture and deployment practices
• Ability to work in mature codebases and improve existing systems
