Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing technology team, the remote Senior Full Stack Engineer will architect and implement PHP/Laravel backend services, develop and enhance software solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and security within financial workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and support PHP/Laravel backend services, focusing on data consistency, security, and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new sites or enhance existing software to meet business requirements
- Write automated tests and provide code recommendations to improve application usability and performance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Advanced experience with PHP MVC frameworks, preferably Laravel
- Experience with event-driven architecture and event-sourcing
- Proficiency in modern front-end technologies, including Vue3, Nuxt, and TypeScript
- Experience in building and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs, along with payment processing integrations like Stripe
