Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who will play a key role in a collaborative, remote team focused on developing payment software for small businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new features and maintain the flagship mobile application, SwipeSimple on the Web
• Design and provide feedback on new features for long-term scalability and maintenance
• Coach and lead the team in Agile practices and mentor less experienced engineers

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Full Stack development experience
• 2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience
• Experience with infrastructure as code and building CI/CD pipelines
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and with high quality
• Ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment
