Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build transformative AI agents for HR and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to deliver AI-powered agents that enhance HR and Financial workflows
• Contribute to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Implement AI-based automation solutions in collaboration with product, engineering, and data science teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in server-side development using Python; Java is a plus
• 8+ years of front-end development experience using React/Javascript
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent fields
• 3+ years of experience leading technical initiatives within a team or department
• Experience with designing and leading features focusing on non-functional requirements like scalability and performance
