Job Summary

• Champion Engineering Excellence by driving initiatives to improve efficiency and performance
• Lead projects, manage proofs of concept, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development
• Solid experience using Java and modern JavaScript (ES6+), CSS, and HTML
• Experience with a modern JS framework (e.g., Vue, React, or Angular)
• Comfortable working with AWS and building high-load web applications
• Strong distributed system design skills
