Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills in mentoring and leading technical initiatives
• Strong experience building and scaling full-stack applications
• Professional experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Python, or C#
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React and relational databases like PostgreSQL
