• 6+ years of professional software development experience with technical leadership
• Deep proficiency with at least one backend platform (C#, .NET, Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python/FastAPI)
• Advanced experience with modern frontend technologies (Angular, React, or Vue.js)
• Hands-on experience with mobile applications (Android, iOS, or cross-platform frameworks like React Native)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
