Key Responsibilities

• Drive cross-product impact by building experiments and optimizing features that affect acquisition, monetization, and retention
• Develop full-stack solutions and own end-to-end user journeys across the customer lifecycle
• Pioneer AI-driven experiences and build with experimentation in mind, including rapid A/B testing

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, React, and backend development, preferably with Laravel/PHP
• Strong PostgreSQL skills, including query optimization and performance tuning
• Experience with growth engineering and metrics-driven iteration
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
• Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of independent problem-solving in early-stage environments
