Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical evolution of the company website, enhancing architecture and maintainability
Build and maintain responsive, high-quality front-end experiences and develop back-end services and APIs
Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to create templates and optimize site performance and SEO

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
7+ years of software engineering experience with public-facing websites or digital platforms
Strong front-end development skills (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS) with experience in modern frameworks
Back-end development experience with APIs and services (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar)
Experience with performance optimization, accessibility standards, and integrating websites with analytics and CRM systems
