Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who works AI-first.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and break down ambiguous product problems into concrete tasks for agents, owning work from design through production release
• Design and operate complex agent orchestration systems that deliver product features
• Collaborate with Product and Design to identify gaps in specifications and ensure quality standards are met

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional development experience using Java and/or JavaScript
• Strong backend fundamentals including API design, data modeling, and service reliability
• Demonstrated daily use of AI coding tools in a production engineering workflow
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code for logic errors and security issues
• Interest in Elixir or functional programming languages
