Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent technical experience
• 5+ years of software engineering experience in full stack web application development
• Strong proficiency in Python/Django or React/Next.js, with the ability to work across the stack
• Experience in building and shipping modern web applications in a production environment
• Experience using AI-assisted development workflows
